The City of Renton’s Department of Community and Economic Development (CED) has received an application for
a Hearing Examiner Site Plan Review, Variance Review, Modification Review, Concurrence with the Sunset Area
Planned Action EIS located at 2900 NE 10th St (APN 7227900075). Please see the enclosed Notice of Application
for further details.
In order to process this application, CED needs to know which Renton schools would be attended by children living
in residences at the location indicated above. Please fill in the appropriate schools on the list below and return
this letter to my attention by emailing me at mherrera@rentonwa.gov or mailing to City of Renton, CED, Planning
Division, 1055 South Grady Way, Renton, Washington 98057, by June 10, 2021.
