We understand the minimum driveway width per the Renton Reginal Fire Authority is 20 feet. We respectfully request that a waiver be approved for a 16-foot-wide driveway. The smaller width will minimize the impervious area and in particular reduce the PGIS of the development by at least 376 SF. As a form of substitution, we propose providing fire sprinkler systems for both houses in lieu of the 20' driveway width code requirement.
