DEDICATION
That portion of the Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 17, Township 23 North,
Range 05 East, Willamette Meridian, City of Renton, King County, Washington and that portion of
the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 18, Township 23 North, Range 05 East,
Willamette Meridian, City of Renton, King County, Washington, being more particularly described
as follows;
BEGINNING at a point on the Westerly margin of Right-of-Way of Williams Avenue South, lying
190.31 feet South of the Southeast corner of Block 28 of the plat of Town of Renton, Volume 1 of
Plats, Page 135, records of King County, Washington;
THENCE South 01°28'34" West, 183.75 feet along said Westerly margin of Right-of-Way to the
Northerly margin of Right-of-Way of South Grady Way, being a point on a non-tangent curve, the
radius of which bears North 43°03'42" West;
THENCE Southwesterly along said Northerly margin of Right-of-Way, being the arc of a curve
concave to the Northwest, having a radius of 3,780.00 feet, through a central angle of
02°23'28", and an arc length of 157.75 feet to the South line of said Section 18;
THENCE North 89°43'12" West, 12.22 feet along said South line to a point on a line being
parallel with and 8.00 feet Northwesterly of said Northerly margin, being a point on a non-
tangent curve, the radius of which bears North 40°31'49" West;
THENCE Northeasterly along said parallel line, being the arc of a curve concave to the
Northwest, having a radius of 3,772.00 feet, through a central angle of 02°32'39", and an
arc length of 167.50 feet to a point on a line being parallel with and 5.00 feet West of said
Westerly margin of Right-of Way of Williams Avenue South ;
THENCE North 01°28'34" East, 177.45 feet along said parallel line;
THENCE South 88°24'55" East, 5.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
