Project Narrative
To whom it may concern-
This proposed Drake Boundary Line Adjustment, is located at 12040 and 12052 Southeast
190th Place Renton, WA., respectively. The current lots are both vacant and are zoned as Single
Family Residential (R-4). No changes are expected to the Zoning as the intent of this Boundary
Line Adjustment is to create two conforming buildable lots.The existing Comprehensive Plan is
Residential Low Density. There are no special site features. The Proposed Site Areas are 31412
Sq. Ft. / 0.72 Acres and 10532 Sq. Ft. / 0.24 Acres Respectively.
At this time, no information has been supplied to the Surveyor regarding soil types, drainage
conditions, scope of proposed development, off-site improvements, construction costs, plans for
excavation, tree removal, if any, possible dedication of land(s).
