The Contractor is also directed to delete CB 190 and CB 200. Associated connections to existing drainage structures are deleted. Associated sawcutting, pavement and curb/gutter removals are deleted. Associated pavement repair is deleted. Associated cement concrete curb and gutter replacement is deleted. Associated PSIPE Prunis Laurocerasus ‘Mount Vernon’/Mount Vernon Laurel is deleted. The net effect of these modifications includes: a reduction of 126 LF of Sawcutting, a reduction of 33 TN of Crushed Surfacing Top Course, a reduction of 15 TN of Crushed Surfacing Base Course, a reduction of 50 LF of Ductile Iron Storm Sewer Pipe 8 In. Diam, a reduction of 1 EA of Catch Basin Type 1, a reduction of 2 EA Catch Basin Type 2, 48 In. Diam., a reduction of 5 EA of Connection to Drainage Structure, a reduction of 18 EA PSIPE Prunis Laurocerasus ‘Mount Vernon’/Mount Vernon Laurel (2 gal), a reduction of 55 LF of Cement Conc. Traffic Curb and Gutter and a reduction of 50 SY of pavement and concrete removals. Reason for Change: Contract Plans: The existing catch basin at CB 175 may remain in place. There were fiber optic line conflicts with proposed CB 190 and CB 200. These structures were in-line catch basins, not located at sag points, incorporated into the design to reduce spacing between catch basins, so they can be deleted. Materials: N/A Plans: C2.04 revision 1, C3.05 revisions 1, C3.06 revision 1, C3.08 revision 2, C3.10 revision 1, C3.13 revision 2, L6.04 revision 1, Equitable Adjustment: This Change Order does include an equitable adjustment per Section 1-09.4 of the 2020 WSDOT/APWA Standard Specifications. The attached Equitable Adjustment Summary lists the unit and lump sum bid items that are adjusted due to this change. The adjustments to the unit bid item quantities are estimates; the Contractor will be paid based on the actual quantities installed. See attached. Extension of Time: The Time for Completion is extended 0 Working Days. Sections 1-04.4 and 1-04.5 of the 2020 WSDOT/APWA Standard Specifications shall govern this Change Order. The Work of the referenced Contract is modified to include the changes detailed herein. The payment provided for herein shall constitute the complete and final settlement for all costs of labor, equipment, materials, overhead, profit, permit fees, and all other claims that may be made by the Contractor as a result of this change.
