for the Plat of:

Soos Creek Water and Sewer District certifies herewith that the water system installed in the
referenced plat has been accepted for maintenance and operation. This water system has been
incorporated into the District's water system and service will be provided to the connecting
properties on the same basis and under the same conditions as all other customers of the water
district.

now have water available by service connection. A water meter application must be obtained at
the Soos Creek Water and Sewer District office prior to connection.
