Dear Mr. Gierlach,
The Planning Division of the City of Renton accepted the above master application for review on June 24, 2021.
During our review, staff has determined that additional information is necessary in order to proceed further.
The following information will need to be submitted before October 8, 2021 so that we may continue the review
of the above subject application:
WSDOT Comment: Per the WSDOT Development Services Manual, intersections with the addition of 25
or more AM or PM peak-hour vehicle trips should be analyzed. Please extend the
study area and chase out the trips until there are 24 or less peak-hour vehicle trips.
NWR Traffic would like to see if there are impacts on the ramp terminals (SR 167/S
Grady Way/I-405 and SR 167/SW 41st St/S 43rd Ave), the SR 515 corridor, and the SR
181 corridor.
At this time, your project has been placed “on hold” pending receipt of the requested information. The maximum
time for resubmittal shall be within ninety (90) days of this notice. Please contact me at (425) 430-7219 if you
