See also https://cutt.ly/vmW5rqO PERMITS/REVIEW REQUESTED: Tier 2 Temporary Use Permit PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The applicant is requesting a Tier 2 Temporary Use Permit pursuant to Renton Municipal Code Section 4-9-240 to allow temporary parking to park patron vehicles and buses for local events, venues, and shopping center. The temporary use permit is being requested for a one-year term. The 5.07-acre site is located at 701 Garden Ave N (APN 0886610070) and consists of 661 surface parking stalls. The parcel is zoned Urban Center (UC) and is within the Urban Design District C overlay district. The parcel contains high seismic hazards and the southern portion of the property is located within the Downtown Wellhead Protection Area Zone 2.
