Hello,
I would like to install a fence along the side of our property for safety and privacy. Fence will
start about 75’ from the clear vision area. In addition, I would like to extend existing fence on
the north side of the property about 10 feet. Fence will be built using 1” x 6” western red cedar
#1 tight knot fence boards. 4” x 4” matching pressure treated posts with top caps and with trim
boards at the top and top side to match the current architectural specification of our HOA.
Approximately 131 linear feet of fence will be added, not higher than 6 feet. Permanent
landscaping such as shrubs and ground covers will be planted along the front of the fence lines.
