• Fence will be made using 1” x 6” western red cedar #1 tight knot fence boards
• 4” x 4” matching pressure treated posts with top caps and with trim boards at the top and top
side to match the current HOA architectural specification
• Approximately 131 linear feet of fence, not higher than 6 feet
• Permanent landscaping such as shrubs and ground covers will be planted along the front of the
fence lines
