Grantor and Grantee agree as follows: Grantor is the owner of real property in the City of Renton, legally described on Exhibit A,attached hereto and incorporated herein. In consideration for the sutn of one dollar,receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,and other good and valuable consideration, Grantor grants and conveys to Grantee and its successors and assigns,for the purposes hereinafter set forth, a perpetual non-exclusive emergency access easement under,across and over real property(the "right-of-way"herein)situated in King County, Washington and legally described in E�ibit B,attached hereto and incorporated herein. Ind�m.nitX: By accepting and recording this Easement,Grantee agrees to indemnify and hold hatmless Grantor from any and all claims for damages suffered by any person which may be caused by Grantee's exercise of the rights herein granted;provided,that Grantee shall not be responsible to Grantor for any damages resulting from injuries to any person caused by acts or o�ssi�ns of Grantor. 5.
