SUBJECT: "On Hold" Notice
New Highlands Elementary Lot Combination / LUA20-000270
Dear Ms. Brent,
The Planning Division accepted the above master application for review on November 9, 2020. During our review,
staff has determined that additional information is necessary in order to proceed. The following information will
need to be submitted before March 8, 2021 so that we may continue the review of the above subject application:
Based on information provided by the title report company, a 12-foot wide section of land along the western
portion of Assessor Parcel Number 102305-9202 still appears to be owned by the previous property owner and
not public right-of-way as indicated on the Lot Combination map submitted with the application. Ownership of
this section of land will need to be resolved prior to moving forward with the Lot Combination.
At this time, your project has been placed “on hold” pending receipt of the requested information. Please contact
