TWO (2) FEET OF THE MEASURED LINEAR FOOTAGE BETWEEN MANHOLES ALONG THE EXISTING PIPELINE CENTERLINE FROM THE START OF PIPE TO END OF PIPE. S- ALL OWNER AND PACP REQVI RED HEADER INFORMATION MUST BE FULLY AND ACLU RATE LY ENTERED ON ALL CCTV REPORTS. WORK NOT FOLLOWING THESE SPECIFICATIONS WILL BE REJECTED AND THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE REQUIRED TO RE -CCTV THE WORK. 7. THE DOCUMENTATION OF THE WORK SHALL CONSIST OF PACP CCTV REPORTS, PACP DATABASE, LOGS, ELECTRONIC REPORTS. ETC. NOTING IMPORTANT FEATURES ENCOUNTERED DURING THE INSPECTION. THE SPEED OF TRAVEL SHALL W SLOW ENOUGH TO INSPECT EACH PIPE JOINT, TEE CONNECTION, STRUCTURAL OETERIORATION, INFILTRATION AND INFLOW SOURCES. AND DEPOSITS, BUT SHOULD NOT, AT ANY TIME, BE FASTER THAN 30 FEET PER MINUTE, EXCEPT AS NOTED OTHERWISE IN THIS DOCUMENT. 8. THE CAMERA MUST BE CENTERED IN THE PIPE TO PROVIDE ACCURATE OISTAN CE MEASUREMENTS TO PROVIDE LOCATIONS OF FEATURES IN THE SEWER AND THESE FOOTAGE MEASUREMENTS SHALL BE DISPLAYED AND DOCUMENTED ON THE VIDEO. ALL PACP OBSERVATIONS SHALL BE IDENTIFIED BY AUDIO AND ON A PACP LOG. ALL VIDEO MUST BE CONTINUOUSLY METERED FROM MANHOLE TO MANHOLE.
