Add the section, township and range to the "ADJUSTED LEGAL DESCRIPTIONS"block. The drawing notes that 125th Ave SE (a county designation) is the name of the street adjoining Lots 16 and 17. This street is named Olympia Ave NE. per the plat of Honey Creek Ridge Div. No. 3 and these two lots are addressed off this street name. Both street names need to be noted on the drawing. Some of the properties on the east side of said right of way are within the city limits but outside the subject plat. Some of the properties are in the county and, therefore, are addressed off 125th Ave SE, despite the fact that all of the subject right of way is in the city.
