HomeMy WebLinkAboutSigned_Plans_and_Approval_FINAL (2) August 9, 2021 Pat Hopper Contour Engineering, LLC 4706 97th St NW, Suite 100 Gig Harbor, WA 98335 SUBJECT: REQUEST FOR SIGNED PLAN SETS AND NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT APPROVAL Drake Lot Line Adjustment, LUA21-000246 Dear Mr. Hopper: The City of Renton has finished reviewing your proposed lot line adjustment and is now ready to send the final version for recording, please contact me for an appointment to submit: five original signed Lot Line Adjustment plan sheets and please pay $292.50 for the recording fees plus a $40 courier fee. The fees can be paid online at https://permitting.rentonwa.gov/#/home. Please verify that the plan sets have been signed by all owners of record and have been notarized with an ink stamp (not embossed). The ink stamp must be legible so that King County will promptly record the lot line adjustment. This decision to approve the proposed lot line adjustment is subject to a fourteen (14) day appeal period from the date of this letter. Any appeals of the administrative decision must be filed with the City of Renton Hearing Examiner by 5:00 pm, August 23, 2021. Due to the ongoing state of emergency enacted by Governor’s Proclamation 20-05, the City Clerk’s Office is working remotely. For that reason, appeals must be submitted electronically to the City Clerk at cityclerk@rentonwa.gov or delivered to City Hall 1st floor Lobby Hub only on Tuesdays and/or Wednesdays. The appeal fee, normally due at the time an appeal is submitted, will be collected at a future date if your appeal is submitted electronically. Appeals to the Hearing Examiner are governed by RMC 4-8-110 and additional information regarding the appeal process may be obtained from the City Clerk’s Office, cityclerk@rentonwa.gov.
