PERMITS/REVIEW REQUESTED: Environmental (SEPA) Review
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Amend Renton Municipal Code (RMC) to ensure the development of
multifamily housing in the Urban Center (UC) zone is regulated in the same way as multifamily housing development in
other commercial zones. Additionally, create flexibility to reduce ground floor commercial space requirements.
