August 8, 2020: We received a request through the city's ClickFix program request #8347602 "Non -permitted building of living structure in backyard". (Exhibit #2) August 10, 2020: 11:27 a.m. A site inspection noted a building in the backyard area of the house with a new window. I left a business card in front door asking for a call. (See Photo Exhibit #3) Spoke with Debbie who said they are remodeling the structure in the back yard for her mother. We agreed to meet on -site next week. 206-530-6006 September 16, 2020: 6:45 a.m. Met on -site with Debbie. She showed me the structure and we discussed the need for permits for the ADU. October 8, 2020: Warning of Violation Second Notice was issued to Ms. Dumandan for the above violation with a compliance or appeal date of October 23, 2020.
