HomeMy WebLinkAboutCO 10               CAG-20-126, CO #10-21 Approved by Cheryl Beyer via 7/28/2021 email Change Order No. 10 Contract Title: Lake Washington Loop Trail Contract No. CAG -20-126 Page 2 of 3 THE CONTRACT IS MODIFIED AS FOLLOWS: Description of Change: Change to Contract Plans: As required by Field Work Directive No 14, the Contractor is directed perform additional work to construct T-patches. As required by Field Work Directive No 5.1, the Contractor is directed to perform additional work to remove and replace castings along the cycle track. This change order addresses the additional time impact due to this additional work. Future change orders will address added costs due to the additional work. Reason for Change: Contract Plans: The Contract plans did not include the City of Renton Standard T Patch repair detail. The Contract Plans did not include removal and replacement of existing castings within the cycle track, which were later determined to require replacement. Materials: Associated material changes to be addressed in future change orders. Plans: Associated plan revisions to be addressed in future change orders Estimated Change Order Cost: This Change Order does not include an equitable adjustment per Section 1-09.4 of the 2020 WSDOT/APWA Standard Specifications. Cost changes to be addressed in future change orders. Extension of Time: The Contractor agrees that the time for Completion is extended 9 Working Days for the additional work. The Work of the referenced Contract is modified to include the changes detailed herein.
