For the pre-con meeting, when would you like for that to happen? McDonalds would like to start construction as soon as 8/30/2021 so ideally, I would like to schedule the meeting as soon

there isn’t I will coordinate with Kelcie Peterson and Jill Ding to get the building permit released.

I was talking with the project manager at McDonalds and he had some follow up questions as well. So I’m going to organize all the questions we have listed below in red.
* Pre-construction meeting (Please let me know a time-frame for when you would like to schedule.) – Who will need to attend this meeting? Does it need to be the GC, architect, engineer?
The GC is required to be at this meeting, however any subs, architects and engineers are encouraged to attend as well. Based on the comments below, we will not schedule the precon
until the GC has been selected and a target date for construction established.
* Business licenses for the contractor and subs (provide contractor name and contact information and proof of licenses, including City business license) – This project is planned to
break ground next year and a contractor has not been assigned to this project yet. In the past with other jurisdictions we have had the general contractor provide their business license
when they go to pick up the permits and take care of any final invoicing. Will we still be allowed to receive the permits with out this information currently? If not, can the permits
be placed on hold until we have a contractor? Generally speaking, we can issue the civil construction permit if the remaining fees are paid at this time. Yes, once the GC is selected
we will ask for current business license to be obtained (if the contractor does not have a current City license). Note, the Civil Construction Permit does not have an expiration date,
however, if the permit is not issued after 1 year being dormant we will usually place it on hold. Note, the building permit may have different requirements and expirations so please
contact the building department regarding those submittals. The final bond quantity worksheet will be used to calculate the final Civil Construction Permit and inspection fees so please
send me a copy at your earliest convenience and I can generate the invoice.

This is the bond for the civil work and based on the bond quantity worksheet. Building items are not included on the worksheet and building department may have separate requirements
for surety. Please coordinate any building items directly with the building department.

myself during the pre-construction meeting.
Once the pre-construction meeting is finished, approval to begin utility construction is permitted to begin for sitework. Please refer to your building permit application for approval
of the building permit and ability to start work on the TI improvements. Prior to construction please provide the below information (some of these items may occur at or after the pre-construction
meeting but will need to be completed prior to construction notice to proceed):
* Civil construction engineering final approval (plans have been approved)
* Pre-construction meeting (Please let me know a time-frame for when you would like to schedule.)
* DOE NPDES Construction Stormwater General Permit (not applicable)
* Authorization of special billing (provide an email with the name, address and phone number of who will be the special billing contact/who pays the bills. This includes any overtime
inspections, if we need 3rd party consultants, use of City vehicles to sweep roads near the site etc.)
* Deeds of Dedication and REETA forms (not applicable)
* Business licenses for the contractor and subs (provide contractor name and contact information and proof of licenses, including City business license)
