Please dismiss the appeal for the above code case.
I spoke with the property owner and the tenant. The property is in compliance and I agreed to waive
the fines due to a communication problem between owner and tenant.
I did not put anything in writing, all communication was verbal.
Copies of the waiver in EnerGov are attached.
