Tlie City of Renton has reviewed your revised lot line adjustment. The following change will
nwed to be made before we can approve your proposal:
The existing structures on each lot must be shown on the plan. Please
provide the building setbacks from property lines as well as the ground
floor square footages of each structure. The addresses of each lot must
also be referenced on the mylar.
Ir addition, it has come to our attention that there are new property owners for Lot C. The final
n iylar must have the notarized signatures of ALL property owners of record involved with this lot
line adjustment in order to receive City approval.
Once the revisions have been made and all signatures have been obtained, please submit the
criginal signed mylar and a check for$12.45 made out to CD&L to me at the third floor counter
of City Hall.
Please verify that the mylar has been notarized with an ink stamp (not embossed). The ink
!A amp must be legible so that King County will promptly record the lot line adjustment.

The City of Renton has reviewed your proposed lot line adjustment. Please make the following
changes so that we may approve your proposal:
1. Please provide the ground floor square footages of all existing structures so that building lot
coverage may be determined.
2. Please make changes as requested by the Property Services Division (memo from Sonja
Fesser attached).
Once the above changes have been made, please submit two copies of the lot line adjustment to
me for review. If you have any questions regarding your application, please contact me at

Bob Mac Onie and I have reviewed the above referenced lot line adjustment and have the following
comments:
Note the City of Renton land use action number (LUA-98-038-LLA) and the land record number
(LND-30-0166). The type size for the land record number should be smaller than that used for the
land use action number.
What was the date of the survey?
All owners of record(including spouses, if any)need to sign the lot line adjustment document.
Add the section,township and range to the"ADJUSTED LEGAL DESCRIPTIONS"only.
Fee Review Comments:
