practicable to the condition thcy were in immediately before commencement of the work ar eatry Uy the Grantec

casement rights granted to thc Grantee
Grantor shall not,however,have the right to:
a Erect or�maintain any buitdings or structures within the easement;or
b Plant Erces,shrubs or vcgetation having decp root patterns wltiich may cause damage to or interfcrc with thc
utilities to be placed�vithin the casement by the rrantee;or
c Devetop,landscape,or beantify the easement area irt any way which would anceasonably increase the costs
to the Grantee of restoring the easemcnt area and any private improvements thercin
d Dig,tunnel,or perform othcr forms of construction activitics on the properry which would disturb the
compaction or uncarth Grantee's facilities on the ribht-of-way,or endanger the lateral support facifities
