Subject:RE: 3005 & 3009 Park Ave N, Renton Proposed Land Use
Eric,
Thank you for contacting the City of Renton’s planning customer service regarding the pending Hearing Examiner
Conditional Use Permit for Bread of Life Christian Church in Seattle at 3005 & 3009 Park Ave N. At this time, I have yet to
accept the proposed land use application. Once accepted, I can reach back out and address your questions about
parking.
Here is the link to City of Renton's Public Notice of Land Use Applications online map:
https://rentonwa.maps.arcgis.com/apps/Minimalist/index.html?appid=ba8be73232e44a2fa126a36c109800b2. The
parcel will be highlighted and an LUA number will be assigned once the project has been accepted for review.
If you have any further questions, please feel free to respond to this email and I will be happy to reply.
Thanks,
Clark H. Close
