The Grantor,for and in consideration of mutual benefits,does by these presents,grant,unto the Cit,�f
Renton,a Municipal Corporation,Grantee herein,its successors and assigns,permission to use for public
purposes with necessary appurtenances over,under,through, across and upon the following described real
estate, far construction of public utilities,situated in the County of King, State of Washington:
LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
A portion of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 18,
Township 23 North,Range 5 E, W.M., in the City of Renton, King County, Washington.
A temporary construction easement over the east 50 feet of Lot 1 of City of Renton Lot Line
Adjustment No. LUA-01-108-LLA, recorded under Rec.No. 20011030900009, records of
King County, said 50 feet being measured on a perpendicular to the east line of said Lot.
For the purpose of constructing the planned project improvements associated with the Lake Ave S/Rainier
Ave S Storm System Project.
The Grantee will provide continuous access to the remaining portion of the site throughout construction. The
Grantee shall,upon completion of any work within the property covered by the agreement,restore the surface
of the agreement, and any private improvements disturbed or destroyed during execution of the work,as
nearly as practicable to the condition they were in immediately befare commencement of the work or entry by
the Grantee except where modified by the project plans and specifications.
This permit shall become effective upon execution by the Grantar from date hereof,and shall continue for two
(2)years.
