EASEMENT FOR SIDEWALK
Grantor, as named above, for and in consideration of mutual benefits and other valuable
consideration, does by these presents, grants unto the City of Renton, a Municipal
Corporation, Grantee herein, and Grantee's successors and assigns, an easement for public
sidewalk purposes with necessary appurtenances, including a slope easement if the Grantor
does not maintain the slope, including street lights, safety railings and guardrails over,
under, through, across and upon the following described real estate, situated in the County
of King, State of Washington:
A portion of the Northwest Quarter of Section 8, Township 23 North, Range 5 East
Willamette Meridian, in the City of Renton, King County, Washington, as legally described in
Exhibit A and illustrated in Exhibit B, Sheets 1 and 2, attached hereto.

This easement shall run with the land described herein, and shall be binding upon the
parties, their heirs, successors in interest and assigns. Grantor covenants that it is the lawful
owner of the above properties and that it has a good and lawful right to execute this
easement.
