Dear Mr. McClave,
The Planning Division of the City of Renton accepted the above master application for review on August 12, 2021.
During review of the submitted Environmental Checklist, staff has determined that additional information is
necessary in order to proceed further.
The following comments from will need to be addressed in an updated project narrative or new Traffic Impact
Analysis to be submitted before December 20, 2021 so that we may continue the review of the above subject
application:
1. The submitted Environmental Checklist identifies potential new trips in the Transportation section.
Specifically, the traffic notes that the project is not expected to generate more than 100 trips per day,
indicating that new trips would be added to the site after project completion. In order to ensure all
impacts of the project are considered, additional information on the expected new trips is required. Please
note that ff new PM peak hour trips exceed 20 trips, a full Traffic Impact Analysis shall be prepared by the
applicant and submitted with an updated project narrative.
At this time, your project has been placed “on hold” pending receipt of the requested information. The maximum
time for resubmittal shall be within ninety (90) days of this notice. Please contact me at (425) 430-7219 if you
