- Certificate of Insurance
- Copy of the Civil Contractor’s License
- Copy of the Civil Contractor’s City of Renton Business License (included in the same PDF as above)

- Check for payment of invoice is dropped off at City Hall, if it’s possible at all to get the scheduling started while
that is being processed it would save a lot of time.
