Strong Tiger Mountain Homes / Mark Seek Becker Blacktop / Joe Sunny, 70’s THE FOLLOWING WAS NOTED: Associated Earth Sciences, Inc. (AESI) arrived on site at approximately 12:30 PM to observe a building foundation subgrade. While on site, we met with Mark with Tiger Mountain Homes. Foundation Subgrade Observations (Lot 9 ADU): Upon arrival, the foundation subgrade for the Lot 9 ADU was overexcavated approximately 6 feet. AESI observed that overexcavation had progressed through approximately 6 feet of loose fill soil and encountered dense, native, lodgement till at the bottom of the excavation. Mark Seek indicated that the Lot 9 ADU foundation would be backfilled back up to the planned foundation grade with on-site soil. While on site, AESI notified Mark Seek of all observations. AESI will return upon request to continue foundation subgrade observations. Figure 1: Site Plan with Observed Location N Lot 9 ADU overexcavated
