We’ll have to figure out how we’re going to ensure that the existing living space is “converted” to an ADU after the construction of the new home, but that’s a bridge we can cross when we get to it. I’ve attached the Lot Line Adjustment requirements. You will not need the following items: #s 1, 9, 10, 11, 12, 14, 15, 17, and 20. I’ve also attached the density worksheet and Master Application. Feel free to reach out with any questions. Please see all the attached documents 1. 2016 application was made to King county for a BLA, when they got a response from K C , they had to get sewer letters, so they went down to Renton and were told by Jan Illian that they were better off doing the BLA thru Renton, because their property was being annexed into the city anyway. (See Attached) 2. So they bought 3 sewer hookups, one for their house, one for the future House and one for their neighbor where they have bought the property from.(See attached) 3. The Barn next to the neighbor (historical Building 2) is one and half feet on the Fattore property.(see attached survey done for King County) 4. Also, I measured the ADU above the garage, (Garage #3) it's 757 sq ft with a 12.5' X 14' storage area room, at the top of the stairs, then you take a left into the ADU. Please review the attached, but let me know when I can contact You so we can figure out a pathway for this Family? Please advise.
