Dear Mr. Rubright:
The Planning Division of the City of Renton has determined that the subject application is complete according to
submittal requirements and, therefore, is accepted for review.
It is tentatively scheduled for consideration by the Environmental Review Committee on October 25, 2021.
Prior to that review, you will be notified if any additional information is required to continue processing your
application.
In addition, this matter is tentatively scheduled for a Public Hearing on November 16, 2021 at 11:00 AM, by
means of the Zoom video conferencing web application, which includes a phone-in option. The applicant or
representative(s) of the applicant are required to be present at the public hearing.
Zoom will be sending you a link prior to the public hearing with a unique panelist login. This will allow you to join
the meeting 15 minutes prior to the meeting and to participate in the meeting as a panelist. This link should not
be shared with others; it is unique to you.
