B at zero dollars ($0) for the right-of-way vacation in consideration of a mutually agreed right- of-way dedication from the Petitioner; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I.
