A virtual/telephonic public hearing will be held by the Renton Hearing Examiner on October 26, 2021 at
11:00AM by means of the Zoom video conferencing web application to consider the following petition:

The applicant is requesting Hearing Examiner Site Plan Review and associated permits for a proposed 7 -story
69-unit mixed use building with ground floor commercial space located on the SE corner of NE Sunset Blvd
and Harrington Ave NE (APN 7227801025).
