Project name, size and location of site; Kiwanis Park Improvements, 9.5 Acres, 815 Union Ave NE, Renton, WA 98056 b. Zoning designation of the site and adjacent properties; Resitential-8 (R-8) c. Current use of the site and any existing improvements; Public Park d. Special site features (i.e., wetlands, water bodies, steep slopes); Mature Trees (all trees to be retained) e. Statement addressing soil type and drainage conditions; In general, existing soil is glacial till. An entirely new site drainage system will be constructed. f. Proposed use of the property and scope of the proposed development (i.e., height, square footage, lot coverage, parking, access, etc.); The entire existing park is being redeveloped. g. Proposed off-site improvements (i.e., installation of sidewalks, fire hydrants, sewer main, etc.); Frontage Improvements: a new sidewalk and conduit for future underground power and communications is included. h. Total estimated construction cost and estimated fair market value of the proposed project; $4,500,000 – total project i. Estimated quantities and type of materials involved if any fill or excavation is proposed; Ballfield outfield sand (1,683CY), infield drain rock (235CY), Import topsoil (2,380CY). j. Number, type and size of trees to be removed; No trees to be removed k. Explanation of any land to be dedicated to the City; and Lot Line Adjustment for expansion of frontage improvements, 9.5' along Union Avenue for future "complete street" requirements.
