Dear Forest Practices:
RE: Class IV-general Forest Practices Application
The City of Renton has issued the enclosed threshold determination for the Forest Terrace plat, located in Section 04, Township 23N, Range 05 , W.M.
WAC 222-20-010(8) states a complete SEPA environmental checklist and clearing and/or grading permit is necessary information to submit with all Class IV applications on lands that will
be converted to a use other than commercial timber operations. The below items apply to this project.
Enclosed is the applicants approved clearing and/or grading permit for this project.
A clearing and/or grading permit is required for this project but will not be issued until a Forest
Practices Application has been approved.
We do not require a clearing and/or grading permit for this project.
We do not require a clearing and/or grading permit but require the enclosed permit which has
been issued to the applicant.
