Please see attached the application for the King County ROW permit for the installation of a sewer main and 3 stubs to serve APNs: 2144800600, 2144800595, 2144800665. I also included
a map showing the approximate location of the proposed sewer stub. Please let me know if there is anything else you need from me.
Also, please let me know what the required pavement restoration will be.
