BEFORE ANY CONSTRUCTION OR DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITY OCCURS, A PRE -CONSTRUCTION C) MEETING SHALL BE HELD AMONG THE CITY OF RENTON, HEREBY REFERRED TO AS THE CITY, THE APPLICANT, AND THE APPLICANT'S CONTRACTOR. p 2.
