Sorry, one additional comments after reviewing the TIA:
2. The TIA identifies 50% of trips traveling to and from the west. It is expected the proportion of trips
to and from the west would be greater given the proximity to I-405. If the scope of the development
changes, WSDOT would request revised analysis and updated trip assignment. However, given the
level of trip generation with the current proposal, no additional analysis is required at this time.
