Includes exterior improvements to fencing, the addition of bike storage lockers and racks, and concrete pads for new smoking shelter and dumpster enclosure. Working hours are 7:00am – 3:30pm, Monday through Friday. Please reference the attached Exhibit A – Site Plan and Logistics for the intended construction means and methods for the project. 3 EXHIBIT A SITE PLAN AND LOGISTICS 1. Compliance with all COVID-19 regulations. 2. Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, M-F. 3. Parking in designated areas only. 4. No smoking in work area. 5. All materials to be stored in designated area. 6. All deliveries to be coordinated with GLY superintendent. 7. All noise related activities to comply with City of Renton noise ordinance requirements. Noise related activities are limited to the following: - construction vehicle back up alarms. - minor site demo including saw cutting and excavation. 8. No use of the right-of-way is anticipated for this project. 9. Dust and erosion control measures to be in place during site demo and excavation at smoking shelter and dumpster enclosure pads.
