Kiwanis Park Lot Line Adjustment, LUA21-000367, LLA
Dear Mr. Jensen:
The City of Renton has completed the initial review of your proposed lot line adjustment. The subject
properties at Kiwanis Park are located at 815 Union Ave NE (APNs 0923059192 and 0923059015). The
following changes will be necessary in order for the City to approve your proposal:
1. Update per redline comments on Sheets 1 and 2 of the attached Lot Line Adjustment Plan.
Once these changes have been completed, please email me the revised lot line adjustment plan. The
revised plan will be routed for final review and you will be notified when it is appropriate to submit the
final signed documents.
