Dear Ms. Nelson:
The Planning Division of the City of Renton has determined that the subject application is complete
according to submittal requirements and, therefore, is accepted for review.
This matter is tentatively scheduled to go before Renton City Council at the regular January 3, 2022
Renton City Council meeting to set a public hearing date for January 10, 2022. Once a public hearing
date has been set, the applicant or representative(s) of the applicant are required to be present at the
public hearing. A copy of the issue paper and draft copy of the development agreement will be
available online under Renton City Council meetings a few days before the January 3rd Council
meeting.
Prior to that review, you will be notified if any additional information is required to continue processing
your application.
