This letter will serve as authorization to release the Power of Attorney from Harco National Insurance
Company and Performance Bond #0771548 issued to Homestead Community Land Trust on January 30,
2020 in the amount of $829,386.53. These items were posted to the City of Renton on behalf of the
Willowcrest Townhomes PUD project. Enclosed are the original documents for your reference.
