A virtual/telephonic public hearing will be held by the Renton Hearing Examiner on December 7, 2021 at
12:00PM by means of the Zoom video conferencing web application to consider the following petition:

Aristo Healthcare Services is requesting Hearing Examiner Conditional Use Permit approval and
Environmental (SEPA) Review for the proposed 16-bed Intensive Behavioral Health Treatment Facility. The
0.69-acre project site is located at 95 S Tobin St and is zoned Commercial Arterial.
