HomeMy WebLinkAboutAdden 4THISAMENDMENT,datedforreferencepurposesonlyas_________________________,isbyandbetweentheCityofRenton(the“City”),aWashingtonmunicipalcorporation,andWSPUSA,Inc.(“Consultant”),aNewYorkcorporation.TheCityandtheConsultantarereferredtocollectivelyinthisAmendmentasthe“Parties.”OncefullyexecutedbytheParties,thisAmendmentiseffectiveasofthelastdatesignedbybothparties.Whereas,theCityengagedtheservicesoftheConsultantunderAgreementCAG-20-009,datedJanuary13,2020,toprovidenecessaryservicesfortheCoulonMemorialBeachParkTrestleBridgeReplacement(referredtohereinasthe“Agreement”).Whereas,thePartieswishtoamendtheAgreementtochangethetimeforperformanceinordertocompletetheengineeringandconstructionadministrationservices.NOWTHEREFORE,itismutuallyagreeduponthatCAG-20-009isamendedasfollows:1.TimeofPerformance:Section3,TimeofPerformance,isamendedtochangecompletiondatetoMay31,2023.AllWorkshallbeperformedbynolaterthanMay31,2023.2.AlltermsoftheAgreementnotexplicitlymodifiedhereinshallremaininfullforceandeffectandsuchtermsshallapplytoWorkperformedaccordingtothisAmendmentasiffullysetforthherein.INWITNESSWHEREOF,thePartieshavevoluntarilyenteredintothisAmendmentasofthedatelastsignedbythePartiesbelow.CITYOFRENIONCONSULTANTBy:______________By:__‘KellyBeymeKaraAbernathy,PEParksandRecreationAdministratorSeniorDirector,LocalBusinessLeader—FederalWayNovember2,2021AMENDMENTNO.4TOAGREEMENTEORCOULONMEMORIALPARKTRESTLEBRIDGEREPLACEMENTDateDateCAG-20-009, Adden #4-21November 3, 2021
