Dear Mr. Furr,
The Planning Division of the City of Renton accepted the above master application for review on October 25, 2021.
During our review, staff has determined that additional information is necessary in order to proceed further.
The following information will need to be submitted before February 21, 2022 so that we may continue the review
of the above subject application:
The plan provided does not include the required information for a Preliminary Short Plat Map as defined
in RMC 4-8-120 D.19. Submittal Requirements Specific to Application Type. Please supply a Short Plat Map
that meets the aforementioned definition and includes any information that may be required by the City
of Renton Subdivision Regulations in RMC4-7.
At this time, your project has been placed “on hold” pending receipt of the requested information. The maximum
time for resubmittal shall be within ninety (90) days of this notice. Please contact me at (425) 430-7246 or
