Four trees will be removed from an area designated with an erosion hazard on the NE corner of
the property: 1 alder (10” DBH) and 3 cottonwoods (all under 6” DBH). The cottonwoods are
completely dead, the alder is mostly dead with a potential target of the adjacent building
when/if it fails. Please see arborist report for more information. Additional tree care will be
provided throughout the property; please see the site map for information on the additional
tree care services to be provided. This entire job is expected to one day with a 4 person crew
using chain saws, bucket truck and tree climbing where necessary, and wood chipper. All
chipped waste will be disposed of as compostable waste through local municipal facilities.
Application of chemical treatments will be performed by a licensed pesticide applicator
according to the product label and associated regulations.
This project will not require any fill as stumps from removed trees will be retained on site.
