Thank you for considering this proposal for the expansion of the existing Chick-fil-A restaurant located at
361 Rainier Ave Renton, WA 98055.
This application is being submitted by 4G Development & Consulting on behalf of Chick-fil-A Inc. and
pertains to the adjoining property which currently contains a Firestone building, APN 0007200126.
The new expansion will add 15,223sf to the current Chick-fil-A site. This will add 20 new spaces to the parking lot
and will also make room to expand the current drive thru longer.This addition will reduce traffic back flow onto the
streets and will help the traffic flow significantly smoother on site and in the surrounding areas.
