I, Don Ikeler, am the Director authorized by the owner to apply for the land use application(s). I
understand and accept the risk of developing in an unstable area. We will advise, in writing, any
prospective purchasers of the site, or any prospective purchasers of the structures or po rtions
of the structures on the site, of the unstable potential of the area.
