Old Generator to Renton Yard
Deliver generator to Renton Maintenance facility.
Offload generator and set in requested spot.
Provide and install new seismic shut-off valve
Existing seismic shut-off valve is in poor condition
and appears not to be operational.
Replacement is recommended.
This COP covers replacement of the seismic valve
to match existing.
Provide and install new seismic shut-off valve
The existing reduced pressure back-flow device
is leaking and starting to fail.
This COP covers replacement of the reduced
pressure back-flow device.
Provide BAS Monitoring of DHW System
Provide project management, design engineering, software
programming, front end displays/graphics, installation, controls
wiring, system check out, start up, testing, AutoCAD drawing
documentation, & Owner verification assistance for the following
scope:
- Provide and install [Qty. 2] immersion temperature sensors and
pipe wells to be added to the Domestic Hot Water System.
- Provide additional programming for high/low temperature
alarms.
- Provide all control drawing submittals and as-built
documentation.
- Provide point-to-point checkout for each added DHW
temperature sensor.

Rebuild boiler room exterior wall
The framed portion of the existing boiler room, exterior wall is
damaged and not suitable for exterior exposure. Scope
includes:
- Demoltiion of existing wall sheathing and provide of new,
exterior-rated wall (hardi-board finish).
- Install 5/8” dens armour plus on interior boiler room walls,
fire tape, no paint.
- Install R-15 fiberglass batt insulation to match existing
construction
- Install ½” plywood sheathing on exterior of wall framing
- Install Tyvek building wrap; Seal all edges with Dowsill 758;
Vykor SAM at flashing edges/openings
- Install primed metal flashings at top/bottom of wall
connections
- Install ½” plywood furring/rainscreen
- Install Hardie panel siding, face nailed, with Fry Reglet at
vertical joints
- Caulk all edges where abutting existing concrete structure.
Paint with Sherwin Williams Super Paint Exterior Acrylic.
- Remove and reinstall controls enclosure.
Dehumidification programming for IT Room
1) Add humidity control to the IT room sequence.
2) Sequence modifications: If the relative humidity is sensed
to exceed 50% RH (variable), override the economizer
cooling operation and revert to mechanical cooling by
turning off the supply fan, shutting the relief and outside air
dampers and energizing the split system units to operate to
the design space temperature setpoint for (4) hours
(variable). After 4 hours, the system operation goes back to
the original sequence
Replace boiler room heat exchanger
Replace leaking heat exchanger in the boiler
room.

FACP Mods not covered by Contingency
The amount shown for 'FACP mods not covered by
contingency is the difference between the total cost of
the FACP work and the remaining contingency. Because
the FACP work is additional scope being covered by
contingency, the difference should be funded by
addition owner funds.
Total Cost - Remaining Cont = Additional Funds
$35,807.95 - $35,108.29 = $627.66
Total Add = Const Cost + Prof Services
$627.66 = $501.72 + $125.94
