into another format.
The Recipient shall not transfer the files to any third party not involved in the project without the prior consent of Barghausen.
By delivering the CAD files to Recipient, Barghausen makes no express or implied guarantees or warranties as to the filesÂ’ accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose.
Barghausen shall not for any reason be liable for direct or indirect consequential damages caused by the Recipient's use or reuse of the CAD files.
The Recipient shall not use the CAD files for any purpose other than the project.
