Hello Huy,
I can extend the on hold period for another 90 days. This will bring the new deadline to submit your additional materials
to March 7, 2022. When you have things moving along, please keep me updated on your status. If the project is not
taken off hold by then and I do not hear from you I will send out a notice via certified mail to let you know that the
project has reached it’s expiration date.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Thank you,

Hello Brittany,
At first, I thought the issue was a financial one and I had hope to resolved it with the city quickly, but it seems that it
were mostly engineering issues and revision.
I am in the middle of the discussion between myself and the engineering team at the moment. We are having some
difficulties. As soon as our difficulties are resolved, the work should be resumed and they can address the issues
mentioned on the On Hold Document.
For our discussion, I expect it to take 1-2 weeks. After that, their work will resumed. the worst case scenario is that I
would have a new team taking over. I am not certain on how long it would take for them to address all the issues
mentioned in the document. If I had to give an estimate, given the holidays coming up, would asking for an extension to
the end of January too much to ask for?
Thank you for your reply and attention.

Hello Huy,
Thank you for your patience with my reply. I see that you have reached out on Nov 24th and will take that into
consideration while we discuss extending your on hold status.
Do you have an estimated timeline of how long you would need to extend the hold to get the work done? If you have
any details on your projected status or a timeline, please let me know so that we can see what to expect in evaluating
the extension.
Thank you,

My name is Huy Nguyen, I am an applicant for LUA21-000084. I have read the on hold letter and it seems to be some
engineering issue that needs to be addressed. At first I thought it was an issue of payment, but that doesn't seem to be
the case.
I am working through some difficulties with the engineering company. If this is not a problem regarding payment or
anything that is urgent, is it possible for us to extend this window, let it remain on hold? I am aware that something
might happen on December 7th 2021 and I would really like for it not to get there? What kind of response would we
need to provide in order to extend this window?
Thank you for your time and assistance.
